「加拿大巴菲特」主導黑莓購併

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】此次購併黑莓公司（BlackBerry），由FAIRFAX金融控股執行長、有「加拿大巴菲特」之稱的富豪投資人沃薩（Prem Watsa）主導，他擅長逆向操作投資策略、常化腐朽為神奇。

現年63歲的沃薩藉由FAIRFAX作為個人投資平台，與巴菲特（Warren Buffett）的策略類似。他原為黑莓董事，在黑莓8月公開出售意向後卸任，開始為購併準備。
