【突發中心／基隆報導】基隆市1名20歲張姓男子，結識13歲國中少女，兩人情投意合，今年5月間男子當兵前夕，邀少女在自家過夜，並發生關係，少女家人事後追問，獲知少女被性侵情節，氣得提告，檢方偵結終結，將張男依妨害性自主罪嫌提起公訴。
