為什麼我有免費的iMovie和iPhoto可以下載？

小弟我是第三代 iPad ，二手，原買家大約是去年五月買的，
但是為什麼 Sep/21/2013 升級到 iOS 7 後卻能免費下載 iMovie 和 iPhoto 呢？

附圖證明，我的確是在 Sep/21/2013 獲得免費的 iMovie 和 iPhoto 。

（一開始跳出可以免費下載的時候沒有在第一時間截圖，故用Apple ID的付款記錄作證明。）

我很明顯不符合取得 iWork 與 iLife 的那「Sep/1/2013以後開通 iOS 7 的設備」的資格，
為什麼會這樣啊？是我對蘋果的發表會解讀錯誤了嗎？

P.S. 其他 iWork 套件，因為以前買過了，所以沒有出現能免費下載。
