天兔襲擊大陸南部沿海 至少21死

中廣新聞網 – 

颱風「天兔」襲擊中國大陸南部沿海，在「廣東省」至少已造成21人死亡，而「香港」則躲過重創的厄運。

氣象人員表示，「天兔」昨天晚上7點40分在廣東「汕尾」沿海登陸，附近的旅遊勝地「惠東港」海面出現狂風巨浪，當局緊急撤離1900多人。鄰近的福建省沿海也安全轉移了16萬人。

香港「南華早報」報導，「天兔」造成香港許多地區淹水，航空運輸一團混亂，不過，在颱風威力減弱，逐漸遠離之後，今天中午起，飛機航班將陸續恢復正常。
