後車燈裝閃爍器被抓 有機會申訴成功嗎...

應該法條有變動了!
我汽車的第三煞車燈有裝閃爍器,
去年驗車有過,
今年驗車時,技師就說要把閃爍器拿掉才會過,

你要不要把閃爍器裝在後方向燈,
我在高雄看蠻多機車,煞車時方向燈都會閃,
但我不確定你在的地方會不會抓這項,
畢竟高雄連闖紅燈都沒在抓了!
更不會去管燈系改裝....
