說到這寶哥麵包店 因為在下對吃有興趣 相關的文章的比較多 還蠻常看到那些比較年輕的主廚提到 出了鬼島 只要有輪胎人兩星以上的店 基本上進去工作不是不會有薪水 不然就是薪水低得可憐 -重點是還很難能進去！你不想幹後面排隊想進來幹活的多的是 所以近一點的 可以看到江某在法國削了兩年的土豆兒 才准許碰不是土豆的材料XD 這點跟台灣不一樣 也一直沒搞懂不一樣在哪裡 後來跟人聊天聊到這件事 他直接就說： “兩星以上的店 光看主廚做菜就是學習 但是你覺得台灣有間店有這麼值得進去學習？” 不過個人是覺得 如果在寶哥的麵包店是有機會看到寶哥做麵包 而不是在某個分店負責把麵包團放進烤爐 還是建議多撐個幾天吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.170.42
