【綜合報導】哥倫比亞一名66歲男子，因過量服用壯陽藥威爾鋼，最後導致陰莖過度充血並壞死，最後被迫「截雞」保命。

當地媒體在前日報導，這名男子為了取悅女友，想要在床上展現雄風，因此服用威爾鋼。但疑似吃太多，男子出現持續數天陰莖充血勃起，並伴有疼痛感，影響生活作息，最後男子求醫解決。

醫師表示，男子的陰莖已經出現紅腫發炎，而且有壞疽狀況，為了不影響其他器官健康，醫師只好將男子的陰莖截肢保命。
