傳張森文託夢不願「死後挨刀」　家屬決定暫不解剖

苗栗大埔案拒絕拆遷戶之一、60歲的「張藥房」老闆張森文，18日陳屍住家附近水圳遺體被尋獲，原預定20日法醫將進行解剖釐清死因，但今(19)日傳出張森文託夢給家屬，稱不願「死後挨刀」，因此張家人決定暫時不解剖。

「張藥房」老闆張森文於18日溺斃身亡後，家屬痛心欲絕，檢方初步判定為生前落水，但張家人無法接受，原本預定20日由苗栗地檢署法醫與法務部法醫研究所共同解剖張森文遺體，釐清其死因，但19日下午傳出張家人決定不解剖。

根據《聯合報》報導，張家長子張元豪今日下午表示，父親託夢給妹妹稱自己「生前已痛苦難過，死後不願再挨刀」，因此家人決定將暫緩解剖，除非逼不得已才會動刀。

張元豪表示，檢警人員將二度採證父親發生意外的現場，待鑑定結果出爐後，家人會再商討解剖一事，若死因確實有疑慮，會再向父親請示。
