為何不廢標 蔡：非一個人的決定

台北雙子星案標案北市府決定繼續與中工議約，引發外界質疑。

北市府捷運局長蔡輝昇表示，「這並非我一個人的決定」。邱前局長是被起訴，但沒有被定罪，不能說評選過程有問題。

市府發言人張其強表示，市府認為目前雙子星案的評選與招標過程都沒有問題，因此決定繼續與中工議約。
