標題[問題] 試用期沒過的離職證明?

我是今年六月多畢業的畢業後在一間公司做了一個月試用期被以不適任解雇離職申請書是寫與公司理念不合意思就是自願離職的不求資遣費，也不符合申請失業補助資格只有要找下一份工作的情況下還需要跟公司申請離職證明、勞健保轉出單嗎? 還是可以直接當作沒這個工作經驗?(只做一個月怕面試新公司被覺得沒定性之類的) 目前是還有約半個月的薪水沒領是下個月五號轉帳的，有沒有什麼該注意的地方可以防止沒領到剩餘的工資? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.231.55
