曾勇夫3人涉關說案事證　特偵今送法務部

【綜合報導】特偵組今天下午將關說案的法務部前部長曾勇夫、台高檢長陳守煌及檢察官林秀濤函報法務部，並由專人將3人涉及的行政不法事證送至法務部。

其中曾勇夫的部分是報請法務部送行政院轉監察院；陳守煌及林秀濤部分則是報法務部轉檢察官評鑑委員會進行評鑑。特偵組指出，3人所涉濫權不上訴的關說案因不涉及刑事不法，但有行政不法問題，因此今天將相關事證送交法務部。
