桃園老翁喝提神飲料嘔吐 疑是店家空瓶裝硫酸

桃園一名七旬老翁在住家附近的雜貨店，買了一瓶提神飲料，結果喝了之後發生氣喘、嘔吐送醫，化驗發現喝下去的飲料含有強酸，讓外界一度懷疑是千面人。不過，由於出問題的飲料，公司方面並沒有接受恐嚇，今天警方追查之後才發現，懷疑是雜貨店將飲料空瓶裝入硫酸「誤賣」釀禍。不過警方將進一步採證化驗，釐清其中疑點。（杜大澂報導）

這名七十多歲的老翁，是在住家附近的柑仔店買了提神飲料，才喝一口覺得怪怪，馬上吐掉，但回家之後就不舒服因而送醫，醫師初步診斷，老翁喝下的飲料，含有強酸液體，會造成消化系統被破壞。

由於這疑似千面人案件，桃園警方獲報著手偵辦，刑事局也南下支援。專案小組調查，被灌入強酸的飲料，瓶蓋被用奇異筆作記號，和千面人下毒手法類似，不過，由於飲料業者沒有接到恐嚇或勒索，令人不解。

經過警方進一步追查之後，將柑仔店同款飲料帶回，同時訊問柑仔店老闆，才發現老翁喝下的飲料，可能是店家將硫酸放在空瓶，並在瓶蓋做記號，不慎混在其他飲料中一起誤賣釀禍，不過，為了慎重起見，警方將進一步採證化驗，釐清其中疑點。
