酒駕騎贓車　警員1次抓2件

【陳建緯／台北報導】台北市1名65歲林姓男子，昨天下午5時許騎車行經士林通河街一帶，遇到警察路邊攔檢拾，眼神飄忽不定，警員驚覺有異，立即查車藉資料發現，林男所乘機車是輛贓車，言談中又聞到身上傳來酒味，經酒測發現，林男酒測值達0.27毫克，隨即將他帶回派出所訊問。

但林男對於車輛來源始終交代不明，僅稱是朋友借他，警方訊後將他依竊盜罪及公共危險罪移送法辦。
