【蔡明樺／台北報導】市售蜂蜜竟不含蜜！《今周刊》今公布市售蜂蜜調查結果，抽驗「黃記蜂蜜」、「調和龍眼花蜜」和「龍眼蜜」3件各為3千公克裝的調和蜜，送交認證檢驗機構採同位素值和蛋白質含量監測比對後，3件竟毫無一滴蜂蜜成分，不合格率100％，消費者買蜂蜜卻把人工香料、糖精製造的「假蜜」喝下肚；另再抽測1件標榜100％純蜜的「台灣蜂蜜」，送檢後發現內含6成的人工果糖，有欺騙消費者之虞。

衛福部食品藥物管理署表示，調和蜜並未限定蜂蜜需佔多少比例，若完全不含蜂蜜，或標榜100％純蜜產品成分不純，依《食品衛生管理法》可處4～20萬元罰款。

參與調查的台灣師大化學系教授吳家誠指，從同位素數值可判定，這些黑心假蜜極可能是使用玉米糖漿魚目混珠。新光醫院腎臟科醫師江守山說，醫學研究顯示玉米果糖為一種慢性毒素，可能與脂肪肝、代謝症候群、高血壓等疾病有關。
