法務部人事?院：沒聽說、沒回應

媒體報導，立法院長王金平為民進黨團總召柯建銘關說司法案件一事，除了法務部長曾勇夫請辭，今天又傳出檢察總長黃世銘、高檢署檢察長陳守煌也將相繼下台，法界盛傳法務部政務次長陳明堂將接任法務部長，黃世銘調任最高檢主任檢察官，遺留下的檢察總長職務，總統可能提名現任最高檢主任檢察官顏大和接任。

不過政院方面今天回應，對前述傳言「沒聽說、沒回應」，官員進一步解釋，「還沒進到這一狀況」。
