美每年花74億　入侵全球網路資訊

【綜合報導】根據國外媒體報導，美國前情報員史諾登(Edward Snowden)洩漏的機密文件指出，美國國家安全局每年耗資2.5億美元(約新台幣74億元)，與英國情報局合作，自2000年起進行了一項秘密監視行動，代號為「Bullrun」。

據了解，該行動運用超級電腦或與科技公司合作，破解或繞過加密軟體的保護，監視全球眾多的網路資訊。換言之，許多機構或一般民眾以為安全的加密電郵、商業機密、病歷，銀行交易等資料，可能早已被英美情報系統「入侵」。
