台東警破暴力犯罪集團 逮捕10嫌

台東警方偵破以蔡姓男子為首的暴力犯罪集團，逮捕十名嫌犯，起出做案用行動電話、球棒、手銬、本票和第三級毒品K他命等証物，經偵訊後移送法辦。

警方調查指出，蔡姓主嫌犯從去年起以檳榔攤為據點，在東海岸的臺東縣東河鄉、成功鎮一帶，藉經營地下錢莊，從事暴力討債、率眾鬥毆滋事，期間有被害人遭毆打成傷後還被丟入冰放屍體的冰櫃內，手段相當兇殘。全案經偵訊後，以涉嫌組織犯罪、妨害自由、強盜、毒品等罪嫌移送臺東地檢署偵辦。
