【張菱育／台北報導】到了9月開學潮，但是台灣少子化嚴重，部分學校招生不足面臨倒閉的命運，根據網路業者統計台北市11所明星國小，周邊成交物件平均行情發現，住宅單價從4字頭起跳，其中大安區新生國小每坪單價為100萬元，與北投區文化國小每坪49.3萬元相比，有50.7萬元的價差。

好房網總編吳光中指出，近年校風自由及雙語教學的「新生國小」，受到家長喜愛，且面對大安區森林公園，周邊房價平均每坪100萬元，比大安區平均行情高出9.2%。
