【記者高怡君屏東報導】廣大興28號船員洪石成遭菲律賓海岸防衛隊員射殺身亡，船長洪育智、輪機長洪介上及1名印尼船員9日將前往菲律賓應訊。

承辦廣大興28號案的菲律賓檢察官，正式傳喚與洪石成同船的3名船員到菲律賓協助調查。

洪家大姐洪慈綪昨天在媒體詢問時，還不知道菲方傳喚船員的事，2日上午她詢問律師，律師告訴她，上週五已接到外交部的通知，菲方將傳喚事發當時，在船上的船長洪育智、輪機長洪介上和1名印尼船員。

洪慈綪表示，她不會隨同前往菲律賓，洪育智等3人將由律師及外交部、法務部的人員陪同，9日早上啟程到菲律賓，下午出庭。

洪慈綪指出，看到屏東地檢署檢察官公布的事發當時錄影帶，菲方海岸防衛隊說是意外造成洪石成死亡，讓人不能接受，家屬要求以菲律賓最嚴厲的法律來懲罰相關的海防人員並不為過。

廣大興28號漁船在5月9日，於台菲重疊經濟海域遭到菲律賓海岸防衛隊開槍，洪石成被射殺身亡。2013/9/2
