請問 8400 GS 在WIN7 64BIT 如何設定TV OUT

如題，我想用我的舊電腦接一台傳統的CRT電視，顯卡為 NVIDIA GFORCE 8400 GS
顯卡有DVI ， D﹣SUB 及 S﹣VIDEO 插口，系統為WIN7 64 BIT ，我上網買了一個D﹣SUB傳色差端子的
接頭接在D﹣SUB上，再接色差別（AV端子）到電視的色差端子，開機都沒有反應，再用S﹣VIDEO轉（黄色頭）的端子直接接上電視的色差端子的黄色孔也沒有反應，上網GOOGLE一下都是XP接電視的教學，請問在WIN7 需要特別設定嗎？？？我已把解釋度調到720X480 60HZ 都無法偵測到電視。以上請教各位
