台師大中央大學論文成就領先全球

論文的發表和被引用率是決定各大學在國際上學術成就的重要指標，台師大和中央大學二十六號公布，台師大的論文發表數量高居「科學教育」類別的龍頭，中央大學在「數位學習」類別排名世界第二。(陳葦庭報導)

國科會從2003年開始就推動十年數位學習國家型計劃，教育部也在2005年啟動邁向頂尖大學計畫，為瞭解計畫成效，師大邁向頂尖大學計畫研究團隊運用「相關文獻會引用相同參考書目」的原理，將大量文獻歸納成各類主題，再以視覺化技術呈現結果，發現國內的台師大跟中央大學發表跟引用的篇數都在世界名列前茅。

根據台師大指出，2010年到2012年統計出的資料顯示台灣每篇論文平均被引用的次數已經是全球第一，中央大學「數位學習領域」也進到世界第二的排名，中央大學校長周景揚表說：「像數位學習領域一直是中大的特色，長期都一直有貢獻，不但只有在學術上有亮麗的表現，在應用到教育現場他的他的影響是更大。」他更舉出美國歐巴馬政府在2010年將陳德懷教授推出的網路學習城市「亞卓市」列入教育白皮書中的重要參考實例，期許未來不只是要在學術上有成就，更應該想辦法落實研究成果到教育實務中。
