【呂品逸／台北報導】台北市南昌派出所警員吳文德今天凌晨3時許，在中正紀念堂路上發現美籍男子馬哲漢違規迴轉，但是馬哲漢拒撿，一路催油門逃逸，吳員在大街小巷追逐馬哲漢，沒想到他調頭衝撞，還想騎車逃逸，由於美籍男身高近180公分又超過百公斤，激烈扭打無法制伏才會開槍，警方將馬哲漢送醫發現美籍男酒測值0.56毫克，將會釐清馬哲漢攻擊警員原因。
