[請益]二樓地板地磚縫有怪怪的黑膠痕跡

小弟近期想購屋，近期看了間房子是透天的，牆面都剛粉刷過，而二樓的地板上有一個區塊有許多怪異的黑點，看起來有點像是燃燒的痕跡，但是細看像是有黑色不明膠體注入的感覺，想請教有經驗的專家們，這是否是有做過抓漏工程後所留下的痕跡，還是有其他原因．請看圖 感謝

沒有明顯黑膠的部份，仔細看感覺好像有"細利康"灌在小洞裡的感覺．

煩請懂得防水工程或是建築的專家們賜教了．
