大陸南海主張越元首反對

（法新社華盛頓25日電）越南國家主席張晉創今天表示，堅決反對中國大陸對南海的主權主張，但卻沒有表態支持菲律賓將主權糾紛提告聯合國法庭的作法。

張晉創訪問華府時，駁斥大陸在南海的「九段線」主張。大陸主張的南海九段線劃界，範圍幾乎涵蓋整個南海海域。

張晉創告訴戰略暨國際研究中心（Center forStrategic and International Studies）：「我們無法找到任何法律或科學依據來證明九段線的說法，因此越南自始至終反對中國的九段線主張。」

菲律賓1月表示，正要求聯合國海洋法公約（UNConvention on the Law of the Sea）仲裁小組宣布大陸的主權主張無效。被問及越南是否會仿效菲律賓的作法時，張晉創拒絕評論。

張晉創說：「作為聯合國的會員國，菲律賓有權採取任何訴訟程序。」（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
