竹北房價碰到天花板了??

竹北地形開闊完整, 不像新竹市區被頭前溪,丘陵(園區,清大,交大) 夾成一東西向狹小地區,
簡單來講,若竹北沒有足夠支撐當地成長動能的產業, 還是跟新竹園區綁在一起, 以這種無解的交通,除非老家在台北桃園, 或有人需搭高鐵通勤, 竹北看不出那些餘屋快速出清可能性, 開過竹北旁高速公路,看那群體育舘後建築物,感覺像半死城,沒什麼人氣,比起䦕過桃園感覺差
