文林苑案六月底協商破局、回歸司法處理，王家提起再審訴訟遭最高行政法院駁回，北市府今天表示，已核准建商進場施工。

台北市副市長張金鶚上午臨時召開記者會說明，說明文林苑有關違法再審訴訟遭最高行政法院駁回相關事情。張金鶚表示，最高行政法院判決定讞，拒遷戶王家無法再訴，是有很大意義，說明台北市政府納王家進都更是具有正當性的；六月廿八日協商報告出爐之後，此案就重啟司法，也獲很快的回應。
