【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣壯圍鄉農會今年3月辦理第17屆理、監事改選，爆發集體賄選，競選連任的總幹事潘文賢及所安排的7名理、監事候選人為求順利當選，共同出資2百餘萬元，行賄具投票權的33名會員代表，全案經宜蘭地檢署偵結，潘文賢及6名新科理監事，今天被依違反農會法起訴。
