辦離婚為買房 賭很大

在南京，因為房子限購、孩子上學等問題，不少夫妻遭遇離婚困境。為了應付離婚潮，南京城區辦理婚姻登記業務量最大的鼓樓區婚姻登記處，不得不臨時啟用離婚「限號」措施。

「限號」政策即排隊領號牌，當天限定的數量發放完畢，就須第2天再來排。

新華社報導，南京許多人離婚是為了解決房子限購、孩子上學等問題。

鼓樓區婚姻登記處有關負責人說，「公然說為買房離婚的我們肯定勸回，但只要符合法定離婚條件，我們沒理由不辦理。之所以限號，是為了讓這些假離婚的夫妻多點時間思考，假戲真做後果可能很嚴重。」

近5年來，南京離婚人數正以超過20%的速度逐年增加。分析發現，離婚量的增加與大陸日前推出房地產調控新政、孩子入學等政策發佈時間有著巧合。

鼓樓區官員說，「我深刻體會，只要有房市新政一發布，『離婚高峰』就又來了。在利益驅動下，原本神聖的婚姻已經成為一些人規避政策的工具。」
