菲訂2年內讓千萬人脫貧

（法新社馬尼拉5日電）菲律賓今天表示，計畫在不到2年內讓超過1000萬人脫離貧窮，並致力縮減國內貧富差距。菲律賓是亞洲貧富差距最嚴重國家之一。

菲律賓社會經濟規劃部長兼全國經濟發展局長巴里薩坎（Arsenio Balisacan）說，政府已訂下目標，希望能在2015年底前使貧窮人口從去年的27.9%降至16.6%。

巴里薩坎告訴記者：「這是項艱鉅挑戰。我們沒有時間和資源可以浪費。」

這項遠大目標設定達成的時間點，落在菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世（Aquino）下台前。艾奎諾三世將在6年任期屆滿後，於2016年中交出職權。

艾奎諾三世上任後前3年，儘管菲律賓經濟成長驚人、信用評等獲調升、股市也創新高，但貧窮問題依舊嚴重。

菲國今年第1季經濟成長居亞洲之冠，達7.8%，但4月失業率飆至7.5%，創3年新高。一天最多靠62美分維生的貧窮人口，依舊為數眾多。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
