標題[問題] 加值語音通話費

大家好！最近我家人這三個月的電話每突然多了加值語音通話費，前兩個月的時的因為只多幾十塊，所以就沒特別注意，可是這個月卻多了621元的加值語音通話費，打188客服，他說會寄通聯紀錄，然後拿去門市問服務人員說可能是誤按了，但是如果真的有不小心按到的話，手機裡面的「已播電話」不是應該會有紀錄嗎？我看了看「已播電話」也都只有打手機和室內電話而已，沒有特別的通話紀錄… 不知道各位有沒有過同樣的情形，謝謝！ --------------------------------------- 另外想再請問今天辦了新合約後來後悔了隔天可以解約嗎？需要付解約金嗎??謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.114.88.76 ※ 編輯: sadlydogs 來自: 58.114.88.76 (06/25 17:57)
