標題[問題] new one使用問題

我朋友在五月底買入new one，是沒大家說的手機外觀本身就有問題。 但最近使用過後，會有兩點問題，想問問大家有沒有遇過呢？ 1.手機在按下關機鈕後，顯示關機的選項(ex:關機，重新開機，快速開機之類的)，結果每個選項按了都沒反應，也不只發生過一次。 2.螢幕上方顯示我朋友的3G是打開的，可是在設定的行動連線是暗的，好像點了也沒反應。 我朋友有再考慮要不要拿去維修(他現在本身只有一台手機，資料也還沒拷貝好，本身又是要一直拿手機在辦公的人)，想問大家有碰過然後處理好的嗎？萬分感謝 =) 手機發文，就別跟小弟計較(哭) -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.243.165
