標題[問題] 在國外打國際電話回台灣的問題

附註:我知道這問題可以問客服,可是已經打很多次,每次都是忙線 我有一隻挺舊的 Nokia 非智慧型手機 1.打國際電話使否需要向原電信公司開通/申請此功能, 或只要在他國有訊號範圍內撥+886(去0之手機號碼)即可?? 2.他國並沒有我國的台哥大,遠傳,中華電信基地台, 那手機若裝配自以上三種網路的sim卡會不會一直處於沒信號的狀態?? (如果沒信號,我知道+886也沒用) 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.70.82.104
