（幫朋友代po、對方沒帳號）同學他前天經過人力銀行應徵大立光電的作業員，到了昨天現場面試，小姐認為同學的學歷可應徵倉管，他經過一個小考試順利與主管面談、主管也覺得同學很有機會並告知明天（星期三）會通知。（人力銀行昨天下午有打電話給同學並得知他有機會成為倉管）今天面試小姐打給我同學說、因為他沒有倉管經驗、所以先簽約作三個月作業員、轉正後＂或許＂調往倉管。同學他剛剛打電話給我、大概敘述了一下情形，他覺得很困惑、為什麼又變成了要簽約的作業員。同學他現在感到很沮喪、可是我本身也不了解這個行業的文化、所以幫他來此版問問可能的原因為何。麻煩各位前輩解惑、謝謝。（手機發文、若排版混亂，請見諒） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.240.76.78
