女同事運動太誘人　台電工程師「凍未條」自慰噴精

一名任職於台電的工程師，日前見一名女同事運動時，竟然一時性起，躲在她後方「自慰」，結果還將精液噴在對方身上。女子發現後冷靜「取精」蒐證報警，法院開庭後男子坦承犯行，但又辯稱自己罹患精神疾病，地檢署考量他已和被害女子和解，建請從輕量刑。

這起台電工程師對女同事噴精的案件，發生在今年1月28日上午10時。一名吳姓工程師，當時在台電大樓總管理處的機房迴廊休息。一名陳姓女同事正好在附近做伸展運動，吳男頓時「性」起，見四下無人之際，竟然就做出「手淫」的不雅動作，並趁快射精時跑到陳女後方，朝她噴精後匆忙離去。

陳女事後驚覺右後方褲管沾有不明液體，之後聞到一股腥味，隨即通報內部護理人員協助，利用棉花棒採集並報案處理。事後驗出DNA，是吳姓男子所有，檢警傳喚吳男到案說明。地檢署開庭時，吳男坦承犯行，但他辯稱自己罹患精神疾病，未按照時間服藥才會無法克制，台北地檢署17日依公然猥褻將他聲請簡易判決。
