搖滾天團罰不怕 歌迷反覺足感心 2013年09月16日 「砰、砰、砰，吵得我心臟都快要停了！」 台體大體育場附近居民林先生抱怨，他和妻子每天清晨4、5時起床運動，但五月天一開唱，「總要鬧到半夜12時才能睡覺！」 另一名住戶也說：「五月天演唱會的噪音，我住在三條街外都聽得一清二楚。」 搖滾天團五月天出道至今，演唱會規模一場比一場大，噪音罰單也接不完。 2003年「天空之城演唱會」在台北市立體育場開唱不到1小時，北市環保局就開出第一張罰單，最高可處5萬元罰鍰； 當時滾石唱片還向媒體表示，「被罰是意料中事，5萬元內的罰款是小case。」 「主辦單位當然不怕收罰單！」曾經承辦大型活動的立智公關公司總經理王耀斗表示，一場演唱會獲利驚人，若因逾時挨罰而上報，歌迷只會覺得「足感心」、「夠誠意」，反而更擁戴偶像。 天后張惠妹演唱會，也曾因噪音擾人遭到環保單位開罰。資料照片 張惠妹也挨罰 2004年9月，S.H.E奇幻樂園台北演唱會，在台北市立體育場開演不到20分鐘，就收到第一張噪音罰單； 2012年12月，張惠妹一連2天在高雄世運主場館開唱，首場就因噪音擾人遭高市環保局開罰3萬元。 王耀斗強調，就算是大型演唱會，要準時結束並不難，「表演者直接退場就好啦！有心就做得到。」 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/mobile/article/issueid/20130916/artid/35298661/appname/twapple/secid/5 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.141.147.158
