家裡買大樓因為急需交屋
但目前他們使用職照還沒下來
只能跟我們簽切結交屋
但他們要我們繳我們頭款剩餘78萬加印花稅什麼稅等等一大堆約18萬（多退少補）
然後交屋5萬（已經算在我們買房的錢裡面只是先繳5萬）
共101萬
但房子目前還沒過戶給我們要等他們使用職照下來才開使跑程序過戶給我們，但房子他們可以先切結交屋交給我們讓我們裝潢！

請教各位大大我們該先補那些錢嗎？
因為他說要先補才能切結交屋！
我們該怎麼做…？
