賴素如續押禁見 律師將提抗告

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北27日電）台北市議員賴素如涉貪索賄遭起訴，台北地院昨天裁定羈押禁見，賴素如的委任律師洪文浚今天表示，預計29日將提出抗告。

台北地院昨天召開接押庭，合議庭認定賴素如坦承收受新台幣100萬元，涉犯貪污治罪條例的公務員對於職務上的行為收受賄賂罪等重罪，犯嫌重大，且有串證之虞，裁定羈押禁見。同案被告程宏道以100萬元交保，限制住居，並限制出境、出海。

遭押將近4個月的賴素如，昨天得知交保夢碎後落淚，經過一旁法警相勸、撫頭拍肩，才緩步離去。她的委任律師洪文浚今天受訪表示，預計29日將前往看守所探望賴素如，屆時將提出抗告。

賴素如被控提案幫助太極雙星團隊幕後操盤者程宏道等人排除其他廠商競爭；賴向太極雙星團隊索賄1500萬元，還價後降為1000萬元，並先收下前金100萬元，遭檢方依涉犯貪污治罪條例的公務員對於職務上的行為收受賄賂罪等3罪起訴。1020727
